As a Coordinator, Trade Marketing - Sports & Olympics, you will be responsible for working with key stakeholders across NBC Sports Group and NBCUniversal to help market and drive demand for cross-platform Sports & Olympics advertising sales.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work across sales, communications, research, and development to help create value propositions for various sports & Olympics offerings
Develop sales collateral and materials that illustrate the value proposition including presentations, sizzle videos, e-blasts and more
Build and develop product and audience-driven trade marketing campaigns that drive awareness to the benefits of buying sports
Liaise across multiple NBC Sports Group production, marketing and programming teams to gather all of key information to develop offering
Assist in event management & premium development (content strategy, event ideation, branding, list management & execution) in collaboration with sales and corporate events
Execute immersive & one-of-a-kind experiences and activations that help build sales relationships and drive awareness for NBC Sports & Olympics properties
1+ year of experience with a league, agency, client or media company sales organization background, where the individual was responsible for supporting team in the development of presentations, sponsorship, creative and promotion
Ability to tell compelling stories by distilling and analyzing data into insights, positioning, and value propositions
Ability to assist with marketing campaigns including branding, collateral, merchandise & event execution in a timely manner
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

A detail-oriented individual with the ability to work in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment on multiple projects under tight deadlines
Highly innovative with positive & flexible attitude
Excellent oral and written skills
A comprehensive understanding of the suite of Microsoft Office tools, other presentation platforms, etc. (Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator and Ceros experience is preferred)
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary range: $55,000 - $58,000
