Texas Capital is seeking an experienced professional to focus on Equity Specialty Sales within Texas Capital's Capital Markets Group. This person will help us expand our focus, build out our specialized distribution capabilities, and deliver world-class service to our institutional clients. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to expand our client base and generate incremental revenue. A successful candidate will have prior Institutional Sales experience and be comfortable interacting with Investment Banking, Sales, Research, Trading and our Corporate Clients.
Texas Capital is looking for an experienced market leader who knows how to champion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge while coordinating the firm's efforts to service institutional clients daily. The candidate must have a deep knowledge of client needs and requirements to increase the depth/penetration of coverage of existing as well as develop new clients. Further, any candidate should be able to quickly respond to specific client requests in a timely and efficient manner as well as to work in partnership with sales, research, and trading professionals to deepen Texas Capital's relationship with the clients in order to deliver coordinated services.
