The Office Administrator supports warehouse operations through a variety of clerical and administrative tasks essential for daily operations, document management, and communication with drivers and warehouse staff. This role ensures efficient workflow, accurate record-keeping, and smooth communication within the team.Duties & Responsibilities
Driver Check-in:
Greet and check in drivers, ensuring they have correct paperwork for inbound and outbound shipments.Office Operations:
Manage sample requests, scrub documents, and coordinate shipping; process small orders via UPS/FedEx; maintain office supply inventory.Clerical Duties:
Handle general office tasks, including answering phones, managing emails, filing, and workspace organization.Daily Report Compilation:
Compile and distribute reports related to shipments, deliveries, and warehouse activities.Document Management:
Organize and sort paperwork related to shipments, ensuring up-to-date documentation for drivers and staff; scrub and edit as needed.Data Entry:
Accurately enter information into warehouse management and tracking systems, maintaining current records and completing inventory cost adjustments.Communication and Coordination:
Liaise between drivers, warehouse staff, and management, providing shipment updates and ensuring smooth operations.Other Duties:
Perform other functions as necessary or as assigned.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.Minimum 1-2 years of experience in office administration or warehouse support.Previous experience in logistics or warehouse operations is beneficial.Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong organizational and communication skills.Detail-oriented with excellent time management.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.Visual acuity for reviewing documents and data entry.Ability to communicate effectively over the phone.Additional Information
