Overview of the CFO role:
- Financial Strategy & Oversight
- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and long-term growth objectives.
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Lead the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
- Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, manage financial risks, and oversee internal audits and controls.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Provide accurate, timely financial reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable insights.
- Cash Flow Management
- Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring the company has sufficient liquidity to meet its operational and strategic needs.
- Team Leadership

Preferred Qualifications for the CFO:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related
- CPA designation preferred
- Recent manufacturing experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP
- Strong analytical skills
- Must be strong in Excel
Salary: 130-150K
