Position Overview:The Landscape Account Manager will act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring their needs are met while managing the operational aspects of landscape projects. In close collaboration with production teams, you will ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the satisfaction of high-end clients. This role requires strong client management and operational oversight skills to foster long-term partnerships and ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Oversee the production team to ensure high-quality project execution.
Collaborate with crews to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Monitor project progress and address any arising issues.
Manage client contracts, budgets, and schedules, maintaining open communication.
Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow the client base.
Ensure exceptional service standards and attention to detail across all projects.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in commercial landscape account management or a related field.
Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to multitask.
Experience working with production teams and managing landscape projects.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of landscape practices, including horticulture, irrigation, and project management.
Valid drivers license (company vehicle provided).
