Position Overview:The
Landscape Account Manager
will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met while managing the operational side of landscape projects. You will work closely with the production teams to guarantee that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of high-end clients. This role requires a blend of excellent client management and operational oversight to ensure long-term partnerships and successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
Oversee the production team to ensure high-quality project execution.
Work with crews to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
Manage client contracts, budgets, and schedules while maintaining open communication.
Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow the client base.
Ensure exceptional service standards and attention to detail across all projects.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in high-end residential landscape account management or a related field.
Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to multitask.
Experience working with production teams and managing landscape projects.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of landscape practices, including horticulture, irrigation, and project management.
Valid drivers license (company vehicle provided).
