Responsibilities

Interacts with department heads to identify job openings.

Supports hiring staffing needs.

Extends job offers and initiates onboarding.

Submits E-Verify data.

Compiles reports on recruitment for HR and Leadership team.

Conduct screening, testing and preliminary interviewing of potential employees.

Maintains open communication among all departments and keeps the Sr. Director of HR and Recruiting Manager informed of all activities, issues, and special events.

Maintains recruitment department supplies and inventories.

Performs other duties of a similar or related level as necessary or assigned.

Requirements

Knowledge of ATS (application tracking system) software.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Ability to work independently and with a team.

Strong attention to detail.

Organizational skills; must be able to have systematic approach.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent, required.

(3) years in Human Resources with a minimum of two (2) years in staffing, recruiting, onboarding or administration.

Knowledge of ATS software and Microsoft Office, required.

And/or an equivalent combination of relevant education, experience and training.
