Ponte Family Estate Winery opened in 2003 and is a California based company operating in the heart of the Temecula Wine Country. We have been farming our vineyards since 1984 and are a real working winery, growing and producing over 20 estate grown varietals within certified sustainable facilities.
We are located right next to our Four Diamond, 90 room, boutique hotel Ponte Vineyard Inn. We are surrounded by 300 acres of mature vineyards and views of rolling hills. We are a short drive from most of Southern California and enjoy hosting folks who want a break from city life. Our guests visit us seeking a relaxing day or overnight stay in the country.

Job Summary:
Ponte Winery is seeking Director of Marketing to create, execute, and manage our
digital sales
and
marketing
efforts for our California and Oregon brands.
This position will be responsible for the creation, execution and marketing management for all internal and external marketing, communications, public relations, and digital initiatives across web, social, email, and third-party channels. Our goal is to drive engagement and revenue across Ponte Winery, Ponte Vineyard Inn, BOTTAIA Winery, and Hawks View Winery.
We’re looking for someone who has hands-on experience managing internal, electronic, and printed marketing! The ideal candidate will have experience in SEO, UX/UI, HTML, and website domains.
Only candidates who can demonstrate proven experience with the required skills and tools will be considered.
Salary:
Full-Time Onsite
$80,000 - $120,000 DOE

9:00am-5:00pm

Education/Experience Requirements:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communication, or business.
A minimum of 10 years' full-time work experience in a fast-paced marketing department.
Marketing experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
Proven experience in managing numerous projects simultaneously.
Confident strategic thinker, and leader.
Understand and adhere to the Ponte Values and Service Standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate and work collaboratively with department managers to set specific marketing and sales goals.
Analyze existing consumer/guest company data, to understand and cater to the various psychographic groups and their needs.
Assist with and write, execute and manage the marketing plans and budgets for each Brand.
Write, execute and manage Brand quarterly Newsletters.
Prepare quarterly marketing reports for the Brands.
Evaluate and report ROI on the various marketing platforms.
Direct and support the design of all marketing collateral and ensure coherence with the Brand standards and target audience.
Manage marketing department vendors, including graphic designers, advertising liaisons, public relations firms, photographers, videographers and printing companies.
Monitor & report consumer feedback on Trip Advisor, Yelp, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
Produce monthly email marketing campaign schedules for each Brand to encompass product releases, value-add items, property updates, and sales promotions.
Manage implementation of integrated marketing campaigns.
Main liaison for digital campaign management of third-party vendors.
Oversee the design (by our inside team or outside contractors) and ordering of marketing collateral.
Photography – schedule, coordinate with internal teams and oversee video and photo shoots.

Follow the environmental standards set by the Company.
Treat all associates and guests in a respectful manner.
Exhibit integrity (honesty and truthfulness).
