Azure Data Engineer

Ai Vantage is looking for a skilled Azure Data Engineer. This role focuses on developing data integration strategies, optimizing databases, and managing seamless data migrations to Azure.In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

Migrate resources to Azure, handle Azure administration, and manage Azure infrastructure operations.Develop strategies for data integration and ensure data flow across various systems.Optimize database performance and scalability through efficient design and configuration.Implement SQL Server cluster and high availability solutions for maximum uptime and reliability.Manage SQL databases for web applications and maintain database servers and processes.Oversee SQL Server database policies to ensure integrity, availability, and accompanying software.Execute scheduled jobs, data extracts, refreshes, and replication.Troubleshoot database issues such as performance, blocking, deadlocking, replication, and security.Support database migration to Azure SQL Database and other cloud-based solutions.Design and implement PaaS solutions on Microsoft Azure.Utilize Azure Data Factory for ETL processes and data migration.Employ Python/PowerShell for scripting and automation tasks.Stay current with data architecture trends and recommend innovations.This role comes with the following benefits:
