Food & Beverage Manager

Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee our dining operations and ensure a high-quality guest experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service and hospitality, with a passion for culinary excellence. This role requires effective management of the kitchen and dining staff, as well as the ability to maintain operational standards in a casual dining environment.DutiesOversee daily operations of food and beverage services, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.Collaborate with culinary teams to develop menus that reflect current trends while meeting customer preferences.Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.Utilize Aloha POS system for managing orders, payments, and tracking sales data.Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.Conduct regular inspections of food preparation areas to maintain cleanliness and organization.Assist in budgeting and financial management related to food and beverage operations.RequirementsProven experience in food service management within a casual dining or restaurant setting.Strong knowledge of kitchen management practices and culinary techniques.Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.A passion for hospitality and commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.If you possess the skills necessary to lead our food and beverage team while fostering an enjoyable dining atmosphere, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Job Type:
