Job Overview:

As the Director of Food and Beverage, you will oversee all aspects of the food and beverage operations within our establishment. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests while maximizing profitability and maintaining high standards of quality and service.Duties:Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance food and beverage offerings.Manage all food and beverage outlets including restaurants, bars, catering services, banquets, and room service.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.Monitor inventory levels and control costs.Recruit, train, and supervise food and beverage staff.Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus.Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly.Skills:Proven experience in food and beverage management within various settings such as restaurants, bars, catering, etc.Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.Familiarity with fine dining standards as well as quick-service fast-food restaurant operations.Proficiency in food production techniques and food safety regulations.Shift management experience is a plus.Join our team as the Director of Food and Beverage to lead our culinary operations to new heights!Job Type:
