Staysure is your passport to an extraordinary career journey.Role Overview:The Head of Operational Transformation at Staysure is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving strategic change into the operational aligned to our business outcomes and enablers. This role involves leading a team of Operational Delivery Managers to drive growth (across New Business and Retention), optimise our customer journeys, find and deliver operational efficiencies and maximise our internal technological capabilities.
