Leasing & Marketing Associate
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Commercial Leasing & Marketing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving the success of our commercial real estate portfolio by identifying, engaging, and securing new tenants while promoting our properties through strategic marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with owners, prospective tenants, and internal teams to ensure occupancy goals are met and properties are marketed effectively.
Essential Duties and Responsibilitie

:
Works with the Vice President of Leasing as well as senior executives to develop and execute strategies to attract and retain tenants.
Targets and contacts new tenant contacts through coordinated efforts.
Prepares for and conducts property tours.
Interfaces with brokerage community regarding space availability.
Drafts letters of intent and other lease proposals.
Manages broker commission agreements and payment schedules.
Formulates contact lists by utilizing a variety of search engines (LinkedIn, ICSC database, national publications).
Manages an organized portfolio of site plans, LODs, and lease exhibits.
Updates listings on external marketing databases (CoStar, LoopNet, Cordish leasing website).
Partners with the legal department throughout the drafting and negotiation of leases.
Partners with construction department to establish a scope of work and budget for tenant improvements.
Oversees landlord build-out and tenant build-out process.
Partners with marketing department to develop leasing campaign strategies and tactics for promoting tenant interest.
Stay updated on current marketing trends and incorporate innovative ideas into marketing strategies.
Monitor competitors, market trends, and rental rates to ensure the property remains competitive and well-positioned in the marketplace.
Maintains key documentation related to upcoming lease expirations, vacancies, marketing packages, category exclusives, site restrictions, and other relevant information.
Effectively resolves company challenges and issues.
Leads with the highest level of integrity and accountability in all business dealings; serves as a role model for excellence in all he/she does. Follows through on all commitments.
Builds and sustains positive relationships with all stakeholder communities.
Performs related duties as required.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 1-3 years in a leasing or marketing role in the commercial real estate field.
Exceptional organizational, leadership, management, and analytical skills with a proven ability to deliver superior financial performance.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, or related preferred; or applicable experience.
Ability to travel to Mid-Atlantic portfolio; position is based in Baltimore.

Compensation: The compensation range for this position is 70,000 - 85,000 annually with a potential year end bonus. Eligible employees are entitled to a
