Under the general supervision of the Associate Director, plans and creates marketing/outreach and communications materials, and yearly marketing plan for the UCSB Education Abroad Program and Capital Internship Program.Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training.1-3 years marketing and outreach experience.Strong communication and analytical skills.Willingness to learn new graphic design tools as needed.Strong understanding of marketing trends among the college student cohort.Proficiency in social media knowledge and ability to learn/improve one's expertise of this marketing medium.Strong project management skills.Strong attention to detail for marketing projects and administrative duties.Ability to multitask throughout the year.Ability to be collaborative, seek feedback, and implement suggestions as appropriate.Preferred Qualifications
1-3 years marketing/outreach experience in higher education.Strong graphic design skills utilizing products like the Adobe Creative Suite.Special Conditions of Employment
