Program Description:
The purpose of this project is to provide document/file conversion of historical media archives and recently received document/file (variety of different paper Tax Documents (Forms and Schedules) and Correspondence) into a digital computer-readable format for the IRS. The project will receive, control, and convert source materials to standardized, indexed, and searchable Portable Document Format (PDF) (PDF Image plus Text) electronic documents for an estimated 57 million images.Position Description:
The General Clerk III – Team Lead assists operators in the day-to-day activities of document preparation, scanning, and deprep for the project. This position works with team members to provide guidance, feedback and answer questions. This position guides team members to improve productivity and quality. Be prepared to work overtime as needed as well as assist production with volume processing in time of need.Responsibilities:Assists in the completion of daily work to ensure all SLA’s are met.Must be able to make decisions as needed to meet operational constraints.Act as a leader for the team.Trains team members as needed.Reference work instructions as needed.Responsible for assisting team members with inquiries and questions on task-specific items.Provide feedback, coach and solutions to team members to achieve greater productivity and quality.Monitors work volumes to see if people need to be reassigned to different queues.Stock central area with work supplies throughout the shift.Required to attend mandatory meetings and trainings, work scheduled overtime with minimal notice, and perform other duties as assigned per business needs.Years of Experience:
2 yearsEducation Requirements:
Associate's degree or equivalentRequired Skills:Must be at least 18 years of age.Able to read, write and speak English.Able to maintain confidential information.Successfully pass and maintain acceptable background checks and security clearances.Identify ways to steer and motivate the team toward set goals and objectives while maintaining the confidentiality of individual team member statistics and private information.Intermediate computer knowledge and Microsoft Suite experience.Demonstrate exceptional organizational, communication and customer service skills.Possess exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and execution skills.SCA HOURLY PAY RATE OF $22.42/HR. + $5.36/HR Health and Wellness
