This exciting role requires attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests. A high level of integrity in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is important.

The candidate should have the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.

3+ years of senior level leadership support, or 2+ years of Amazon experienceHigh school or equivalent diplomaExperience with Microsoft Office products and applicationsExperience with Executive Level calendar and travel managementExperience planning and delivering company events ranging in size up to 100 peopleExperience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and WordPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market.
