JOB SUMMARYThe Senior Director, Digital and Creative Strategy leads the Digital Marketing team and is responsible for developing and executing the content and creative strategy across our digital platforms to align with the company's overall marketing and business objectives. As a key member of our Marketing team, this pivotal role will be responsible for driving digital sales and require a highly talented and collaborative strategic creative leader to drive the creative vision and oversee projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience leading digital creative teams, substantial digital content, UI and UX experience, an eye for design, data-driven mindset and proven track record of developing effective online campaigns and websites that drive conversions.

This role is On-site, Stamford 4 days. 1 Day Hybrid.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESLead and inspire digital marketing team. Have a deep understanding of offer strategy and business objectives to provide clear guidance and direction to team. Manages creative resources to ensure designs and campaigns are accurate, applicable, and appropriate to the tactic while prioritizing the customer journey.Drives online sales and leads through the optimization and development of digital campaigns, websites and eCommerce Buyflows.Demonstrate creative thought leadership, keeping ahead of digital trends and providing proactive inspiration and recommendations to the team. Continually test and learn raising the bar for creative excellence while improving site performance.Stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to innovate and differentiate our creative approach. Experience, implementation and knowledge of AI supported creative a plus.Closely collaborate with digital partners (digital media, web development, search) and other cross functional teams to execute marketing strategies and drive sales.Has a deep understanding of the company's brand identity to ensure consistent application across digital marketing tactics, company website pages and external sales partner websites.Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
