Your Role and ResponsibilitiesThis is for a 2025 summer internship with the following start dates: May - August or June - September for quarter system schools.Advance the development of quantum computing systems and infrastructure including the datacenters that they reside in.Learn new quantum engineering techniques and incorporate those principles into work processes for building the next generation of quantum computers.Participate in corporate events, executive speaker series, and showcase effective time management.

Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseCandidate should be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree.Currently enrolled as a sophomore or junior, in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering, Aerospace, Robotics, or similar program.Have a broad mechanical understanding and experience with CAD modeling, simulation, assembly, fabrication, and basic electrical systems.Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD).Have ability and motivation to work in a hands-on environment (e.g. labs / datacenters).

Preferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseExperience with basic hand tools, power tools, and fabrication.Experience with analyzing existing electromechanical systems.Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and pursue creative approaches to technical problems.Experience working in a lab or datacenter environment.
