As the Regional Sales Director, you will build the business and brand presence while driving the Company’s growth in your region through strategic new customer acquisitions. You will proactively prospect and close new business on a direct basis and through Tradecraft’s network of vendor partners. This role reports into the RVP of Sales for Tradecraft. This is an individual contributor role that requires a "hunter" mindset. This role will work from home 2 days a week and be in the field and/or office 3 days a week. Must haves we are looking for:High school diploma, or equivalentThree-plus years of sales experience (hunter) are required.Proven track record in sales, focus on accountability
We also prefer you have:Bachelor’s degreeCoffee sales and/or 3rd wave coffee sales and/or coffee equipment sales and/or food and beverage sales experience.Knowledge of food and industry trends, particularly in craft coffee and artisan productsA growth mindset and disruptive thinking; we are ready to shake up the craft beverage space
