AutoStore is a leading software and robotics company that provides automation technology to warehouse and distribution facilities. We are looking for a temporary Talent Acquisition Partner to join us at our North American headquarters in Salem, NH, for a 6-month contract.The Talent Acquisition Partner will primarily support full-cycle recruiting processes across North America. Experience in technical recruiting is a significant advantage. You will work closely with hiring managers alongside HRBPs and be given ownership of the full-cycle recruiting process, which includes effective sourcing and recruiting, ensuring we hire the right people to meet our needs, and building a strong talent pool for the future.This temporary full-time position will be hybrid, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote once training has been completed.KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintain knowledge of the business and market demographics.Collaborate with hiring managers and HR on job requisitions, ads, and candidate assessments while building relationships to meet hiring needs and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the interview and hiring process.Review job descriptions to ensure proper advertisement format for internet job postings and target niche sites.Responsible for sourcing and advising on developing effective strategies across digital platforms to secure a high-quality talent pool.Source talented and diverse candidates through creative methods, including leveraging online Boolean techniques.Effectively screen and interview candidates to assess skill & cultural fit.Support managers in interviews and manage the assessment process, including psychometrics, aptitude tests, and other relevant case studies and tools for candidate assessment.Consistently update applicant tracking system and ensure data quality.Accountable for delivery against KPIs of quality, time, cost, sourcing mix, and candidate/line manager experience.Manage and actively engage with relevant stakeholders globally on decisions regarding sourcing and utilizing third-party recruitment support as appropriate.Contribute to continuous process improvement efforts.Take part in various HR Business projects and developments.KEY QUALIFICATIONS:Experience in sourcing and recruitment with technical roles is required.Proficient with digital tools used in recruitment such as ATS systems, LinkedIn, Social Media platforms.Some experience with effective selection techniques and psychometric tools preferable.Knowledge of designing and implementing recruitment campaigns and digital marketing is beneficial.Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken is required in this role.PERSONAL QUALITIES:Collaborative and works well with diverse teams.Highly organized with good planning skills.Strong communicator and motivator of others.Accountable for own area of responsibility.Team player and a good relationship builder.Ensuring compliance in all tasks and responsibilities.Energized by a high-paced working environment and enjoys being a part of a company that grows and changes rapidly.WE OFFER:A creative, safe and solid workplace in a business experiencing huge growth – Norway’s first unicorn company listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.A company culture where we recognize and applaud everyone’s contributions in making decisions.Competitive 401k plan with employer match and discretionary profit contribution.In AutoStore we value flexibility, and we offer a worldwide 60/40 remote working policy for all roles that can be performed remotely.Applications are processed on an ongoing basis, so don't wait, apply now to start your journey with us!
