If you are interested in shaping the world of work and making it a better place, ADP Ventures is for you.The Director of Product Marketing will drive marketing strategy and execution to fuel the growth of ADP Ventures’ key portfolio companies. This role centers on:Collaborating with our portfolio companies and their marketing teams to translate their ideal client profiles, value propositions, messaging, and selling motions to jointly define Go-To-market strategies that align with ADP’s client base.Developing and executing strategic marketing programs to generate client leads, sales opportunities and revenue across our internal business units utilizing portfolio companies, competitive trends, BU marketing and your own expertise to help. These programs may include content marketing, thought leadership, lead generation and nurture campaigns, and the creation of sales enablement collateral to support the entire customer journey.Reporting to the Head of Marketing for ADP Ventures, the Director will play a critical role in the success of our portfolio companies. You will work closely with Partnership, Corporate and Business Unit Marketing, Product, Sales, and other GTM functions to maximize the impact and growth potential of ADP Ventures’ investments.RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for both the CVC arm and its portfolio companies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This includes supporting 6 current portfolio companies with plans for future expansion.Create go-to-marketing strategies for new products and services developed by portfolio companies, working in close collaboration with start-up teams and key stakeholders within ADP’s ecosystem to ensure successful market entry and growth.Conduct competitive landscape analyses to inform and refine product positioning and marketing messaging, ensuring our offerings stand out across different segments to maximize impact and adoption in the market.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including partnerships, product management, sales ops, business unit and corporate marketing teams to ensure successful launches with a clear and cohesive, omni-channel marketing plan.Utilize digital channels to effectively promote the corporate venture capital arm and its portfolio companies, integrating these efforts into a comprehensive marketing plan to enhance visibility and engagement.Design, organize, and participate in industry and proprietary events, client conferences, and networking activities to strengthen brand presence, foster relationships and drive engagement.Prepare collateral, sales readiness materials and presentations to equip sellers with the resources needed for effective client conversations.Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize future efforts.We are working in a hybrid work environment; this role will be 3 days a week in our New York City office and the flexibility of working from home the other 2 days a week.Qualifications Required:10-13 years of solid product marketing experience (B2B, B2C) – ideal candidate should come from a successful growth start up, technology, accelerator or corporate venture capital.Previous experience with managing portfolio companies and/or partnership marketing along with some events management experience desired.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.Proven track record of developing and executing successful client marketing programs and driving growth.Build and cultivate relationships with business partners and key stakeholders across ADP, external vendors and clients as needed to align on go-to-market to meet Ventures goals and objectives (OKRs).Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely to influence leadership.Deep understanding of the buyer journey, partner channel, sales cycle and product lifecycle to drive growth and revenue.Strong self-starter, with a commitment to learning.Experience in a fast-paced, high growth environment with changing priorities and deadlines.Be flexible and adapt to the needs of the Ventures team like you would in a start-up.Track-record of prioritizing responsibilities and managing multiple, complex projects at the same time.
