The Senior Architect is responsible for working with multiple stakeholders and guiding the architectural team during the design/construction process. The Senior Architect will have three main customers: the Client, Discipline Design Leads, and Exyte Management team. Will interface daily primarily with internal stakeholders, including but not limited to: Project Management Team, Architects, Design Leads, QA/QC Manager, and the Architectural Discipline Lead.Explore your tasks and responsibilities
Trains and develops Architectural Designers in all processes/procedures/standardsCoordinates, guides, and oversees the team to achieve the correct technical solutions to difficult design and client problemsReviews architectural drawings for completeness, constructability, and coordinationCollaborates with design and technical teams while supporting or leading the development of design deliverables from studies to Construction Documents, including drawings and specificationsMaintains primary accountability for all architectural designs, sharing design responsibilityMentors Interns and junior members of project teamsParticipates in the development of office standards and proceduresOther duties as assignedThe information contained in this job description is intended to describe the essential job functions required of those assigned to this job. Bachelor's degree in Architecture requiredMaster's in Architecture preferredArchitectural License (AIA) required14+ years professional experience5+ years of experience with semiconductor and microelectronics facilitiesExperience executing projects utilizing Autodesk Building System SoftwareExperience with Design-Build a plusExperience managing teams utilizing Autodesk Building Systems SoftwareExperience in global teams and/or multi-office project execution is desirableLEED AP with Specialty or GA (Green Associate) preferredNation Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) Certificate preferredNon-Solicitation: We are not currently accepting third-party agency candidates for this position.
