At Splash, we're building the first national brand in pools. We're looking for a detail-oriented Office Manager to be the backbone of our San Diego operations, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer service while managing critical financial processes. This is an onsite role.
What we're looking for:We are seeking an organized and efficient Office Manager to oversee our administrative operations in San Diego. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for ensuring our office runs smoothly while handling crucial customer service and financial duties.
What you'll be responsible for:Customer Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and emailManage customer communication with professionalism and efficiencyTrack and resolve customer issues in a timely mannerMaintain customer records and documentationWork to improve customer satisfaction and response timesBilling and Accounts Receivable
Process all billing and invoicing for our customer baseManage accounts receivable, including following up on overdue paymentsReconcile daily transactions and maintain accurate financial recordsIdentify and resolve billing discrepanciesPayroll Administration
Process bi-weekly payroll for our team of service technicians and staffCoordinate with our payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely paymentsHandle payroll-related inquiries from employeesGeneral Office Management
Support the management team with administrative tasks as neededHelp develop and implement office policies and proceduresCoordinate with vendors and suppliers
Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or similar administrative roleStrong experience with customer service and professional communicationExceptional organizational and time management skillsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesExperience in the service industry is a plus
