Aspen is headquartered in Northborough, Mass.The Quality Systems Analyst (QSA) will execute and improve processes for quality performance reporting, compliance, customer complaints, QMS administration, audit management and customer specific reporting.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Prepare standard weekly/monthly Operations Management report metrics related to: product performance, change management, internal/external audits 8D status, Customer/Supplier complaints (8D/A3), and incoming QC reports.Establish and execute monthly quality performance metrics report. The QSA will be responsible for the process with Quality Engineers supplying the content.Establish and maintain annual compliance testing program. This shall include annual plan updates with Product Management and Quality Engineering, sample test preparation and submission, test report lifecycle management, and monitoring/updating RCIs.Execute, monitor, and report on customer complaint process/lifecycle. Work with Sales and Marketing on complaint receipt, acknowledgment, and information gathering. Work with Quality Manager to assign resources for RCI and improvements. Assure complaint handling is timely and complete, through final communications with customer and complaint closure.Responsible for all administration, upgrades, troubleshooting, training and reporting related to the Quality Management (IT) System.Responsible for the processing and improvement of CoA, CoC, and any other routine QC/QA reports issued internally and to customers.Works with Quality Operations Manager to organize and execute customer, regulatory, and ISO audits.Prepare and deliver customer-specific QC/QA reports and data packages.Reporting and Monitoring execution of LPA and closure of the open findings.Performs other related duties as assigned by management.Adopt and follow Aspen’s core values of Safety, Quality, Integrity, Teamwork, Customer, and Innovation on both a personal and professional level.QUALIFICATIONS:Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Computer skills required: hands-on experience with MS Office, Oracle, email, data/document management system.Required background in ISO 9001:2015 manufacturing Quality Systems.Awareness of and experience with IATF16949:2016, and/or VDA 6.3 preferred.Good communication skills, both oral and written.PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:Occasionally required to stand.Occasionally required to walk.Frequently required to sit.Frequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.Occasionally works near moving mechanical parts.Occasionally works around fumes, airborne particles, or toxic chemicals.Occasionally/Frequently/Continually exposed to outside weather conditions.Occasionally exposed to extreme heat or cold (non-weather).The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirements for the performance of this job.
