has an opportunity for a
Project Manager
who will manage the daily coordination of approximately 15 projects including preparing and maintaining budgets and staffing requirements, estimating project costs, gathering and analyzing data, preparing progress reports, coordinating project tasks, and identifying project problems.The
Project Manager
will be responsible for onsite projects in the
Aspen, Colorado
location.Key ResponsibilitiesLead project plans, schedules, and budgets for projects under his/her responsibility, and identify, develop, and gather necessary resources to ensure project completion.Manage aspects of a project, i.e., allocate resources, drive strategic planning, and assign tasks to ensure targets are met.Prepare reports to communicate the status of the project within the project team.Set objectives and guide the team to meet project targets, budgets, and milestones.Identify project problems and recommend solutions, i.e., reallocate resources, change contractual specifications, and assist resolution development.Act as a primary contact with the customer, develop relationships, understand the customers' needs, and meet demands.Support the business development team; write proposals for projects, interact with client's executives, and ensure that clients receive accurate, timely, and clear information.Basic QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED2+ years of Project Management experience2+ years of experience in the HVAC controls industry1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office SuiteClean and valid driver’s licenseCapable of climbing ladders or using other lift equipment above 8 feet above grade, and capable of lifting items up to 50lbs.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in HVAC (Building Automation Controls) (3- or 4-year program)PMP CertificationAble to lead and motivate teamsProblem-solving, planning, and project management skillsWorking knowledge of project financial reportingDeal with multiple challenges simultaneouslyPay Range:
