Job Summary:
The Division of Allergy, Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine has an opening for an Assistant/Associate/Full Professor with focus on lung injury or related areas.

Responsibilities:
75-100%Conduct research in lung injury/related areas, both independently and collaboratively with other SMPH faculty.
0-25% Participate in clinical patient care, clinical teaching of residents, medical students and fellows. Specific clinical service assignments will be dependent on candidates' training.
The successful candidate will also participate in professional, public, and university service appropriate to the faculty rank.
Candidates must meet the criteria for rank and track as per UW tenure guidelines.
The successful applicant will participate in administrative and committee work to support the clinical and scholarly missions of UW Health and the School of Medicine and Public Health. An essential part of these duties will be working in a collegial relationship with other faculty members.

Qualifications:
Research interest with a focus area in lung injury or related areas. Ideal candidate will have a successful record of research productivity as evidenced by publications and extramural support.
License/Certification:

MDs must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine as well as Allergy/Immunology or Pulmonary Medicine.
