We seek a highly experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to C-suite executives and the Board of Directors. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience supporting C-suite executives, with expertise in calendar management, travel coordination, communication, project management, and event planning. This role requires a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment, can easily manage multiple priorities, and is adept at handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the executives' calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Oversee the Board of Directors' quarterly reviews, monthly updates, approval processes, and meeting schedules.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings using tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Handle expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation.
- Organize and coordinate team meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Communication & Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO with internal and external stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with key executives, senior management, and external partners.
- Facilitate effective communication between the CEO and other team members.
- Leadership Event Planning:
- Plan and coordinate special events, team meetings, and other leadership activities.
- Ensure all logistical aspects of events are managed, including travel arrangements, venue selection, catering, and invitations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, focusing on supporting C-level executives (CEO experience preferred).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong ability to lead and manage projects, ensuring successful execution from start to finish.
- Outstanding time management skills, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
