If you're passionate about software development and ready to tackle challenging projects that make a difference, this opportunity is for you!ResponsibilitiesLead cross-functional projects and teamsTake on complex development projects and proactively address challengesChampion the adoption of new tools, methodologies, and systemsProvide guidance, mentorship, and act as a team leadDevelop, test, and maintain enterprise applicationsDesign and implement complex enterprise applicationsInnovate and modernize software development technologiesConduct code reviews and ensure high-quality codeCreate and maintain documentationCommunicate effectively with operational teamsTranslate requirements from customers into Engineering RequirementsManage time effectively in a deadline-driven environmentPotentially supervise staff and perform other assigned dutiesSkills RequiredU.S. CitizenshipMinimum 8 years of experience in software developmentStrong understanding of object-oriented software principles, SOLID and DRYKnowledge of Microsoft Stack or MEAN stack.Proficiency in Microservices, WinForms, Typescript, RESTful APIs, NPMExperience in building applications and user interfacesFamiliarity with relational databases and in-depth knowledge of SQLProven innovator with proactive, results-oriented mindsetCreative problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsSalary Range: $115,000 - $135,000 per year, DOE
