Banquet Server

About the Role:We are seeking a Banquet Server to join our team at Ashland Springs FB. As a Banquet Server starting wage is $16.00/hr plus Great Tips, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during events and banquets. You will work closely with the kitchen and event planning teams to ensure that all guests receive prompt and courteous service. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success in this role. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our events.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a banquet or restaurant settingExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsAbility to lift and carry up to 50 poundsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with event planning and coordinationKnowledge of food and beverage serviceAbility to work in a team environmentPositive attitude and willingness to learnAbility to multitask and prioritize tasksResponsibilities:Set up banquet rooms and tables according to event specificationsServe food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional mannerClear tables and clean banquet rooms after eventsAssist with event planning and coordination as neededMaintain a clean and organized work areaSkills:As a Banquet Server, you will use your excellent communication and customer service skills to provide exceptional service to our guests. You will also use your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment to ensure that all guests receive prompt and courteous service. Your ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks will be essential to your success in this role.
