*Job Summary*We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various therapeutic settings, including pediatrics, geriatrics, and acute care. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility and improve quality of life for patients across different age groups and conditions.
*Duties** Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs.* Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments.* Provide hands-on physical therapy treatments in various settings, including inpatient, home health, and community care.* Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to promote recovery and prevent further injury.* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.* Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and outcomes.* Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care post-treatment.
*Experience** A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.* Experience in pediatrics, geriatrics, acute care, or home community care is preferred.* Strong knowledge of anatomy and physical therapy systems is essential.* Familiarity with discharge planning processes is a plus.* Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.* A valid state license to practice physical therapy is required.

Pay: $45.00 - $47.00 per hour
