Assist in renewable energy project finance and tax credit transactions.Draft and negotiate complex transaction documents, including credit agreements and tax equity documents.Conduct renewable energy due diligence, review project documents, and manage subject-matter specialists.Oversee and close large-scale energy transactions.Collaborate closely with clients to meet their evolving legal and strategic needs.Support the long-term growth and strategic objectives of the Energy Sector.Requirements:
3-5 years of renewable energy transactional experience.Expertise in project finance, tax credit transactions, and renewable energy due diligence.Strong background in drafting and negotiating complex legal documents.Ability to handle intricate client-driven matters in challenging environments.Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-approved law school.Certifications:
Must be an active member in good standing with the DC Bar.Skills:
Exceptional writing, analytical, and communication skills.Proven ability to succeed in demanding legal environments.Strong attention to detail and adept at managing multiple aspects of transactions.Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a larger team.Large law firm experience is preferred but not required.Job Location:
