Senior Staff Attorney - Litigation

Trustpoint.one is pleased to partner with an Am Law 100 firm in its search for a Senior Staff Attorney - Litigation. This is a direct hire, full-time role, out of the Firm’s Los Angeles, CA office.The Sr. Staff Attorney will support large litigation and regulatory matters in the discovery phase and will primarily work with eDiscovery, AI, and Information Governance practice groups.Qualifications of the Sr. Staff Attorney (litigation) include but are not limited to:5+ years of relevant eDiscovery experience in Am Law 100 or 200 firm environments, or major eDiscovery consulting background;Experience working at all phases of the EDRM;Active CA bar license, in good standing;Litigation experience including discovery;Ability to work under pressure and a willingness to work additional hours and help others with deadline intensive projects;Strong working knowledge of e-discovery document review projects and typical workflows;Experience with document review platforms such as Relativity, Nuix Discover, or other similar; strong experience with Excel.Primary duties of the Senior Staff Attorney will include but are not limited to:Coordinating with the Firm’s practice teams to ensure eDiscovery processes are implemented and goals are met;Facilitating communication between the Staff Attorney department and attorneys;Assisting in preparing privilege logs and other similar tasks;Working with the Firm’s litigation group and eDiscovery vendors to support document preservation, collection, and processing efforts;Performing other duties as assigned.All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time. Infrequent lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds.This is a direct hire role and opportunity to work with a highly reputable Am Law 100 firm.
