This role is crucial to ensuring the seamless delivery of our services to our esteemed clientele. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of our services, from the initial concept to the final delivery, ensuring we meet the highest standards of service quality and efficiency. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients and will work closely with our engineering team to ensure that all services are delivered on time and within budget. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career and make a significant impact in a growing company.Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of service delivery, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all service delivery matters. Work closely with our engineering team to ensure that services are delivered on time and within budget. Regularly review and improve service delivery processes to increase efficiency and quality. Coordinate with various teams to address any issues or delays in service delivery. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards. Develop and implement strategies for improving service delivery, including introducing new technologies or methodologies. Provide regular reports on service delivery performance to senior management.Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years experience in a service delivery role with a technology managed services firm or similar role in an enterprise environment. Proven experience managing the delivery of services from concept to final delivery. Strong knowledge of servers and other relevant technologies. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and make effective decisions under pressure. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate with clients and team members. A strong customer focus, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
