Manager to join our team in the Energy industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the implementation of our strategic projects for our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of Project Budgets, IT Project Management, Change Management, Process Control and Customer Service. In this role as a Jobot Consultant, you will lead the way to implement the latest tools and practices in our digital transformation. Oversee the development and implementation of our strategic initiatives.2. Manage a team of cybersecurity professionals to ensure the successful execution of initiatives and compliance with industry regulations.3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.4. Utilize tools such as Jira, TEAMS, MS Project to monitor and analyze security events and incidents.5. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within cost parameters.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management.3. Excellent leadership and team management skills.4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.6. Knowledge of the Energy industry and related security regulations is a plus.7. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
