This position is critical to our organization as you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of our information systems that support core organizational functions of our clients You will be applying your knowledge and experience in Active Directory, hardware installation, Firewall, Cisco Routers, Exchange, GPOs, server, o365, Azure to maintain, support, and optimize all networked software and associated operating systems.Responsibilities:As our Infrastructure Support Engineer, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:1. Implementing, maintaining, and supporting all network hardware, software, and communication links.2. Ensuring the stability and integrity of in-house voice, data, video, and wireless network services.3. Planning and implementing upgrades, patches, and installation of new applications and equipment.4. Providing network support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.5. Conducting research on network products, services, protocols, and standards in support of network procurement and development efforts.6. Interacting and negotiating with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure network products and services.7. Assessing, approving, and administering all equipment, hardware, and software upgrades.8. Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and associated training plans for network resource administration and appropriate use.Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.2. Proven experience with Active Directory, hardware installation, Firewall, Cisco Routers, Exchange, GPOs, server, o365, server 2019.3. Strong knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards.4. Hands-on experience with diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.5. Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.6. Ability to conduct research into networking issues and products.7. Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.8. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.9. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.10. Strong customer service orientation.11. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.12.
