As an MPaaS Analyst, you will play a key role in gathering, preparing, and analyzing data to uncover valuable insights. Your recommendations will drive the development and delivery of effective solutions, and you will support their implementation to ensure optimal results for our clients.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with MPaaS Sales Representatives and clients to understand their business needs and define precise requirements. Your expertise will transform technical findings into compelling sales presentations, assisting in project management to ensure efficient and effective implementation of solutions.

What Youll DoUse data collection tools and conduct data assessments to create value propositions for clientsPerform cost-benefit analyses as needed, identify problem areas, and recommend improvementsWork with MPaaS Sales Representatives and clients to understand business needs, define requirements, and design optimized solutionsPartner with MPaaS Sales Representatives to transform technical findings into sales presentationsAssist in project management to ensure efficient and effective implementation of solutionsParticipate in integration projects to ensure client satisfactionConduct regular reviews to identify issues or opportunities for improvementEngage in upselling activities when necessaryUse assessment systems in applications such as TableauQualifications
Bachelors Degree or equivalent3 + years of related experience in conducting business assessments, analyzing current output environments, defining user requirements, professional services support or IT related project managementDemonstrated experience in professional solutions, document management, output management, and document securityStrong written and verbal communication with ability to translate technical information into client presentationsMust be comfortable delivering potential solutions to clients in presentation formatDemonstrated experience with document assessment tools such as TableauMust have ability to travelWhats in it for you?
