Remote Performance Test Engineer

Insight Global is seeking a remote Performance Test Engineer to join a large healthcare company. This person will act in this role as Performance tech lead and project manager supporting multiple clinical applications. You will work on projects ensuring consistency in all project work and be responsible for facilitating all activities pertaining execution of Performance testing. The projects you will lead will be geared toward supporting clinical utilization management and care management. This position will guide and serve a team that delivers technology solutions through effective application of Agile principles and you will directly be working with architects, developers, QA & business teams defining strategies and execution plans for performance testing initiatives for critical tier 1 applications.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of Performance testing experience5+ years of leadership experience, preferably managing and leading project deliveryExtensive experience on scripting and execution tools such as LoadRunner, Performance Center, jmeter and BlazeMeter etc.Experience with using Analytical tools with Application Performance management tool expertise. Analyze and Troubleshoot performance issues with use of tools available. SPLUNK, AppDynamics, DynatraceOverall understanding of architecture, infrastructure and technology stack to conduct performance testing (APIC, IIB, DB2, .Net, Java MarkLogic, Salesforce etc)
