Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Regulatory Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will oversee batch records, manage standard operating procedures, and ensure compliance with established protocols before product release. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting audits, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Responsibilities
Oversee batch records and ensure timely completion
Review all products to meet quality standards in compliance with regulatory requirements
Manage and oversee standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Ensure compliance with established protocols and quality standards before product release
Develop, review, and update SOPs and quality documents
Conduct regular audits of processes and documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related concerns
Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Train and mentor staff on quality assurance processes
Prepare for inspections and audits
Maintain accurate and detailed records and generate reports
Essential Skills
Attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in quality assurance practices, batch record management, and SOP development
Knowledge of regulatory quality standards and compliance
Experience in conducting audits and documentation review
