Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions using React, AWS, and modern scripting languages. Guide architecture decisions that enhance scalability, performance, and maintainability. Oversee API design, development, and integration, ensuring seamless communication between systems. Mentor and collaborate with a high-performing team to deliver technical excellence.
Essential Skills
React Expertise:
Build responsive, user-focused web applications. AWS Knowledge:
Leverage tools like Lambda and Redshift for efficient cloud infrastructure. API Integration:
Design scalable APIs using WSO2, REST, and GraphQL technologies. Scripting Proficiency:
Utilize TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python for robust development. CI/CD Implementation:
Implement and optimize automated pipelines to streamline deployment. Agile Methodologies:
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and tools for iterative development and team collaboration Communication & Collaboration : Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary : $150,000 - $220,000 (based on experience and qualifications) Bonus & Profit Sharing : Eligible for discretionary bonus and 15% profit sharing (vesting over 5 years) Benefits : 401(k) with company contribution, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave EOE Statement:
