Fairmont Heritage Place, Franz Klammer Lodge is just steps from the gondola, ski mountain, golf course, and many other outdoor activities.Job DescriptionAs the Owner Benefits Supervisor you are not only the go-to person for all new owners learning about their benefits but a leader in the department to ensure deadlines are met successfully. You are a multi-tasker and are able to work independently, performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative duties leading the communication between the Owners, Owner Services Office, and Accor Owner Benefits Department. You communicate well with all Owners, guests, and colleagues, anticipate and resolve issues, and lead your team with various projects. A place to feel appreciated.Year-around employment (no off-seasons)Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwideLearning programs through our Academies.Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world!Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities, like Planet 21.What you will be doing:Welcome all new first time Owners and give them tutorial on Owner Benefits, developing and maintaining strong Owner relationships to ensure brand and property loyalty.Manage Owner communication including the Newsletter, Facebook group and Owner website.Ensure all upcoming deadlines are communicated to the Owner Services team and all documentation is prepared.Oversee Exchange Programs including reporting.Support ALL (Accor Live Limitless) enrollment.Complete reporting and required audits.Work closely with the Owner Services Manager through the training process for new colleagues, track and monitor progress; always looking for ways to enhance training.Participate in the Manager on Duty Program and other Leadership trainings.Coordinate Owner and Resident reservations and benefits according to project documents.Serve as a principle source of information for the team, the owners and the guests while serving as a liaison with all lodge departments.Maintain pre-arrival itinerary processing.QualificationsYour experience and skills include:Previous luxury residential or hotel reservation experience is preferred.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple interests.Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion.Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture, and set the scene for high performance.Competency using a variety of computer software, Microsoft Office required, Property Management Systems an asset.Your team and working environment:Cohesive and successful Leadership TeamPositive work environment where connections with heart are the foundation of service.Supportive leadership environment with opportunities to learn and grow.Additional InformationVisa Requirements:
