We are seeking a Commercial Corporate Counsel to join our dynamic legal team. This role will focus on managing day-to-day commercial contract matters, providing legal advice, and drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements. Over time, the responsibilities of this role will expand to cover additional areas of our business operations.Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, including service agreements, licensing agreements, vendor agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.Provide practical legal advice and support to various business units within the company.Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures to streamline contract processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks.Stay up-to-date with changes in laws that affect the company's business.Over time, take on additional responsibilities which may include corporate governance, compliance, intellectual property, employment law, and other areas as needed.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Admission to the state bar and in good standing.3+ years of experience in commercial contract law, preferably within a corporate legal department or law firm.Strong understanding of contract law and commercial transactions.Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Desirable but not mandatory:Ability to work in a matrix environment.Comfortable with ambiguity.What’s in it for you?Innovation: Be part of a company that is at the forefront of digital print technology.Culture: Work in a dynamic, collaborative, and inclusive environment.Flexible work environment: At Fiery, you will work autonomously to get your deliverables done.Hybrid schedule: We work from the office Mondays and Tuesdays, and you’re welcome to stay at home the rest of the week.Compensation: The salary range for this position is $160,000 – $200,000 USD.
