You will join the SAP LinuxLab, responsible for development of SAP products on Linux and to test and certify physical and virtual hardware, Linux distributions, Linux software as well as cloud providers and cloud products. You will install Linux and SAP products on physical machines and in the cloud. You will help to develop ideas to improve SAP on Linux and test new developments together with our Linux partners and other teams inside SAP.What You BringHaving an excellent master's degree in computer science or natural sciences lays a strong foundation for a successful career with us. Knowledge or skills in one or more of the following areas is beneficial:Enthusiasm for LinuxKnowledge of Linux distributions and programsLinux administration and ideally shell script knowledgeDevelopment skills in either C/C++/Python/ABAP/Rust/Go or any other programming languageTest automation with Jenkins and KubernetesKnowledge of Linux security (SELinux)Knowledge of SAP applications and SAP administration would be a plusFluent English and German minimum B1Bring out your bestSAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
