You will be responsible for:Design and development of new product features and bug fixes as part of an experienced scrum team by contributing software design, clean code, and automated tests to ensure quality and maintainability of our product.Collaborating closely with all stakeholders in the development process within and outside your scrum team including Architects, Scrum Masters, Engineers, Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and User Assistance Developers.Helping the team improve by bringing in new ideas to enhance existing processes.Working with DevOps methodologies and tools to establish and execute a flawless development process.If you're a highly motivated developer eager to make a real-world impact on employees, we encourage you to apply!What you bringGood programming skills in JAVA and knowledge about agile methodologies.Familiarity with Software Design Patterns and RESTful APIs.Experience with frameworks like Spring and Hibernate.At least 2 years of experience in cloud software development process.Strong analytical skills and ability to learn quickly.High level of team orientation and communication skills.Ability to work independently and solution-oriented.Fluency both written and spoken in English; good German language skills.Meet your teamAt SAP SuccessFactors we believe in the value of Human Capital Management.
