Associate Attorney

Dillingham & Murphy LLP is a small (currently 8 lawyers) AV-rated San Francisco law firm, founded in 1982, emphasizing civil litigation and labor & employment advice and counsel (including advising senior executives in severance and employment contract negotiations). The firm is looking to hire one full-time, on site associate attorney who is admitted to practice law in the State of California. The ideal candidate will manage and/or assist with civil litigation cases, including preparing for and taking/defending depositions, responding and propounding written discovery, arguing law and motion matters, preparing cases for trial, and handling appellate matters.
