The Director will develop, support, administer and assist with the implementation of TransUnion’s global security risk management strategy and associated security programs.This role will be the liaison between global corporate security, regional management, and external organizations for the protection of all assets.Address problems and issues critical to life-safety and business enablement across Europe, Middle East and Africa, Asia-Pacific and multi-functional operations.Dedicate significant time to attract, develop and retain talent, and to enable senior leaders to build and implement global corporate security programs.Influence and promote a strategy to optimize and build out the global security function in line with TransUnion’s global footprint.Oversee the design and implementation of Security programs.Research innovative security systems and technology solutions.Develop and manage the capital and expense budget for security operations.Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards.Develop and maintain strategic relationships with municipal authorities and law enforcement.This job is assigned as On-Site Essential and requires in-person work at an assigned TU office location as a condition of employment.Benefits:TransUnion provides flexible benefits including flexible time off for exempt associates, paid time off for non-exempt associates, tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance, and more.We are committed to being a place where diversity is embraced.
