Manage all real estate transactions (acquisitions, dispositions, subleases, and renewals) and provide strategic recommendations to ensure optimal financial and timing outcomes.Coordinate and lead weekly meetings with key stakeholders to provide updates regarding on-going transactions, market changes, etc. These updates are tracked on an internal spreadsheet that is updated on a regular basis.At the client's request, provide Broker Opinion of Values, Market Surveys, and various financial analyses.Hire/manage co-brokers and work with them to prepare and negotiate Letters of Intent, RFPs, and Lease documents.Coordinate and lead a quarterly Critical Date Review to analyze all upcoming lease expirations.General administrative duties such as sending the client invoices, calculating client rebates, and ensuring appropriate broker splits.Collaboration with the Lead Account Transaction Manager (Todd Mintz) and local brokers to ensure all projects are on track.Coordination across all JLL service lines (Facilities Management, Project Management, Lease Administration, Occupancy Planning, Finance, etc.) to provide high quality client service.Facility & Land Portfolio Strategy - Support the Senior Director of Portfolio Strategy & Integration. This responsibility involves preparing portfolio-wide analyses, site visits, and high-level strategy recommendations, valuations, market research, benchmarking, and identifying cost savings opportunities.Facility & Land Portfolio Support - Enhanced leadership role in managing the client's leased portfolio. This will involve taking the lead on all lease renewals to ensure portfolio optimization and to get further ahead of notice dates. Greater responsibilities for the Transaction Manager will enable the client to shift their focus to higher priority projects.Transform Quarterly Lease Review in alignment with portfolio strategy - Ensure the quarterly group meeting covers the most critical leases and dates. With through smaller leases (ex: meter reader sites) by meeting offline with the client in advance of the quarterly meeting and provide updates/recommendations.Process Management / Reporting - Update tracking tools and report on progress toward key goals. Create and maintain a playbook. Collect and update account forms. Create and maintain a centralized repository for document storage. Lead input into the transaction management system and regional integration dashboard for transactions.QBR / Governance Board / Portfolio Strategy - Assist in preparation for meetings and attend as-needed.
