Training Systems Expert - SIGINT Maintenance (CTM) , you will provide support in the development and delivery of Whidbey Island Watch floor (WIWF) Systems setup, configuration, and maintenance training services in support of Distributed SIGINT Operations (DSO). This position will be based in Whidbey Island, WA and is not eligible for telework.The Training Systems Expert will perform the following:Develop and deliver curriculum and courseware required to train watchfloor maintainers providing setup, configuration, and maintenance support to WIWF operations.Analyze and identify any potential training requirements that are not being addressed by current Navy cryptologic systems and supporting networks maintenance training with specific emphasis on the WIWF and the DSO support it provides to the Triton program.Coordinate with engineers and technical subject matter experts (SMEs) for the provision of technical source documentation and materials, organizes technical and procedural information for implementation into WIWF setup, configuration, and maintenance related procedures, and develops training courseware to support CTM watchstander training.Instruct classroom lectures covering WIWF system setup, configuration, and maintenance.Assist with development and instruction of the SIGINT Coordinator Course, as well as CTT and CTR courseware, and provide instructional support as needed.Support the development of training materials covering WIWF systems and supporting networks to facilitate training Fleet Introduction Team (FIT) instructors and for use by the Fleet.Maintain relevant and current technical source documentation, setup and configuration procedures, troubleshooting steps, and vendor points of contact to support WIWF maintenance training.Assist with WIWF hardware and software upgrades and transition teaches for assigned watchfloor maintenance personnel.Research technical and procedural information related to WIWF systems covering hardware, software, and associated networks to ensure setup, configuration and maintenance procedures and trouble steps are keep up to date and incorporated into applicable training materials.Offer recommendations and solutions to solve potential training gaps.The job description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and responsibilities. It is intended to describe the general nature of the position.RequirementsA minimum of 5 years related technical cryptologic system maintenance experience, required .Must be, or have been, a Cryptologic Maintenance SME with 5 years of operational maintenance experience supporting fielded Fleet cryptologic systems and capabilities, to include watchfloor systems and networks.Must have served as a qualified cryptologic system installation and maintenance lead as a member of a Fleet Electronic Support (FES) organization, attaining both the Security Plus (SEC+) and Cloud Plus (Cloud+) certifications required.Operational experience working with and maintaining the Classic Reach architecture, supporting networks, and web based tools and capabilities, required.Military Cryptologic System Maintenance program graduates desired.CTM with prior VQ RQL and Cryptologic System Maintenance experience, desired.CTM with prior experience working with App Loader, ARC, MPTOD, JSP, DRT, RF3, Minotaur, REPS/REGS, and Merlin, desireTraining material development and instructional experience is desired.Who You Are:You are able to establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customersYou have professional and effective communication skills, both verbal and writtenYou take a proactive approach to your work and you're able to accomplish tasks with limited guidance and supervisionYou have demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skillsYour organizational skills allow you to manage competing prioritiesASEC is committed to providing access and reasonable accommodation in its services, activities, programs, and employment opportunities in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and other applicable laws.Security Clearance Requirements:This position requires U.S. citizenship and may require an active DoD Secret clearance.Salary Range:The estimated salary range for this position will be $110,000 - $120,000annually, based on an individual's level of experience and skill set.
