Min Background Requirements:
5 Years practicing minimum
2 YRS of experience in Labor & Employment Law.
Litigation experience
Book of business REQUIRED
Minimum of 1500 billable hours
Ability to handle high stress situations effectively.
Must be able to handle cases from inception to conclusion.
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
No micromanagement. Attorneys are expected to run their portfolios like their own business. Support staff is provided, but attorneys are expected to review and sign off. (Must be a practitioner)
Benefits:
Bonuses: Quarterly based off billing
Medical, dental, vision - firm pays about 80% of program (medical only)
401K: Match up to 4% on 5% contribution. (multiple plan options)
Full pay short term and long term – FMLA eligibility
Life Insurance
Milage reimbursement for Client meetings
Annual $1000 contribution for marketing.
Potential for growth - equity partnership options, opportunities to work with other departments or groups to expand practice areas.

Based off qualifications, and size of book. (Case by case)
