A law firm seeks an experienced and motivated Employment Of Counsel to join its expanding Employment & Labor Law team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated attorney with a strong background in labor and employment law to work within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about advising clients on complex legal matters, representing them in legal proceedings, and providing strategic legal counsel. The firm offers a supportive and diverse workplace, emphasizing community, innovation, and integrity.Duties:Advise clients on a wide range of employment and labor-related issues, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.Draft and negotiate employment agreements, non-competition agreements, settlement agreements, and other legal contracts.Conduct audits and investigations of clients' labor practices and provide actionable insights.Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and position statements for administrative proceedings.Represent clients in litigation, hearings, and trials related to labor and employment disputes.Take an active role in litigation and administrative discovery processes.Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to develop strategic legal solutions and case plans.Stay informed of changes in relevant employment and labor laws to ensure up-to-date legal counsel.Manage an independent caseload, meeting deadlines and maintaining organized case files.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Licensed to practice law in the State of Nebraska.Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in employment and labor law counseling and litigation.Strong desire to continuously develop expertise in labor and employment law.Proven ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload.Dedication to delivering top-tier client service.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Licensed attorney in good standing with the Nebraska State Bar.Skills:Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.Exceptional written and oral communication skills.Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a high-pressure environment.Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with legal teams.Proficiency in legal research tools and related software.Company info:BCG Attorney Search10777 Westheimer, Suite 1100HoustonTexasUnited States 77042Phone:
