Mid-Level Leasing Attorney

Job Overview:A prominent law firm seeks a skilled attorney with at least 3 years of experience in commercial leasing to join its dynamic Real Estate Group.Duties:Draft and negotiate commercial leases and related agreements, including term sheets, letters of intent, work letters, and SNDAs.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, brokers, and other relevant parties.Deliver timely, accurate, and high-quality work products.Meet deadlines while fostering positive working relationships.Comply with all firm policies and procedures.Engage in both sedentary and active tasks, including extended periods at a computer and participation in meetings.Perform additional duties as assigned.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree.Admission to practice in Florida.Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial leasing.Certifications:Active Bar membership in Florida.Skills:Strong understanding of the commercial leasing market and market norms.Experience with various property types, including office, retail, and industrial.Proven ability to represent landlords effectively.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong negotiation and analytical abilities.Attention to detail and good business judgment.Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
